    Oppose CRNP Independent Practice (SB 25)

    Please contact your State Senator and let them know you oppose SB 25, legislation which would allow CRNPs to practice independently in Pennsylvania without the requirement that they collaborate with a physician.

  • Support Licensure Parity for International Medical Grads in Pa. (HB 245)

    Urge your State Senator to support licensure parity of international medical school graduates (IMGs) with graduates of medical schools in the U.S.

  • Support Civil Immunity Protections to Physicians During COVID-19 (HB 605)

    Contact your State Senator and ask him or her to support House Bill 605, which would provide limited civil immunity protections for physicians and other health care providers who follow the orders from the state and federal governments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Support Restrictive Covenant Legislation (Support HB 681)

    Physicians are encouraged to send emails and make phone calls to urge their state Representative to support HB 681, which will help address the issue of restrictive covenants.

  • Support Prior Authorization Reform (HB 225 and SB 225)

    Urge your legislator to support legislation (HB 225 and SB 225) that would reform the onerous prior authorization and step therapy (fail first) processes that are delaying appropriate patient care and increasingly undermining longstanding decisions made between physicians and their patients.
