Oppose the So-Called Equality Act

In addition to other issues, H.R. 5 poses a significant pro-life threat. It amends the 1964 Civil Rights Act, adding language that could be used to make abortions more available, expand taxpayer funding of abortion, and weaken conscience protections for health care providers opposed to participating in abortions.
Oppose S. 1, the So-Called "For the People Act of 2021" (restrictions on free speech)

Urge the Senate to Vote NO S. 1 as it would severely impede the exercise of our organization’s rights to lobby, advocate issues and engage in the political process on behalf of right to life issues and strip away rights and privacy of our donors and supporters.
Oppose the pro-abortion 1972 "Equal Rights Amendment" (House Joint Resolution 17, or Senate Joint Resolution 1)

At any time of his choosing, pro-abortion Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) may force Senate action on a resolution (House Joint Resolution 17, H.J. Res. 17) intended to "air drop" the 1972 Equal Rights Amendment into the U.S. Constitution. Leaders of key pro-abortion groups such as NOW, NARAL, and Planned Parenthood say that the ERA could keep abortion legal even if Roe v. Wade is overturned, would invalidate hundreds of pro-life laws, and require taxpayer funding of abortion on demand. The ERA had a 7-year ratification deadline that expired in 1979, but House Joint Resolution 17 attempts to retroactively remove that deadline, in order to make the ERA part of the Constitution. Call your two U.S. senators and strongly urge them to support a filibuster to stop passage of "the ERA deadline resolutions, H.J. Res. 17 or S.J. Res. 1." All pro-life senators must "OPPOSE CLOTURE" in order to stop this pro-abortion and unconstitutional measure.
