Changes provisions relating to computer science courses

Description

*Amended*  to include school board agenda petition - a provision that would require a Board to place an item on the agenda and vote on it, if 5% of the number of voters voting in the last election sign a petition.

Districts must offer at least one computer science course in high school, instruction in exploratory computer science in middle school, and instruction on the basics of computer science and computational thinking in elementary school. Creates the Computer Science Educational Task Force.
