Description

Summary as of March 9   Provides state funds to attend a private school if the student is in a household that earns less than twice the eligibility for free and reduced lunch ($96,940 or less for a family of four).

  • The funds would equal the amount the resident school district would have received if the student had been enrolled and can be used for a wide variety of activities including funding for college.
  • The resident school district is obligated to transport the student to the private school selected.
