Increase funding for vulnerable populations globally

The COVID-19 pandemic will have a devastating effect on the health of countries around the world. However, more funding will be needed to assist the most vulnerable populations around the world, as many also face increased food insecurity, portracted conflict and violence in the midst of the pandemic.
