Share Your Expertise and AGS COVID-19 Resources with Your Governor

Governors are taking varying approaches to how they are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, and each state is unique in terms of the rate of new cases and deaths from this pandemic. One constant is that the toll on our older loved ones has brought into sharp focus the need for geriatrics health professionals to share their expertise, experience, and perspective with the goal of ensuring that the public health response reflects the needs of older Americans residing in a variety of settings. We created this advocacy campaign to make it easy for AGS members to write to their Governors to offer their own expertise and share resources that offer guidance to states during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
