Ask Congress to Provide a Fair COLA for all Retirees

In January 2021, Rep. Gerry Connolly introduced the Equal COLA Act (H.R. 304), which would eliminate the two-tiered system and provide that all public servants are protected throughout their retirement with the same COLA. Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) introduced a Senate version (S. 4221) in May 2022.

Please Support the Public Servants Protection and Fairness Act of 2021

Help us bring a measure of fairness to CSRS retirees negatively impacted by the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP), which unfairly reduces earned Social Security benefits for retirees who also earned a pension from their public service employment. H.R. 2337 would provide a rebate to those currently affected and a fairer formula for future retirees.

Please support the Social Security Fairness Act of 2021 (H.R. 82)

Encourage Congress to take up and support the Social Security Fairness Act of 2021 (H.R. 82) which would repeal both The Social Security Government Pension Offset (GPO) and The Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP)
