Take action at the federal level for $1 billion in federal funding

The House and Senate will need to work together to determine final numbers for FY2021. As a result of these negotiations, we expect the adult education final funding level to get a slight increase over last year. Current government funding runs out on December 11, so Congress will need to come to an agreement before that date to avoid a government shutdown. We largely expect Congress to be able to pass their spending bills before the December 11 date. Now is a great time to reach out to your Members of Congress to advocate for adult education funding – both for FY2021 and COVID-19 relief.
