Description

This bill would establish a public health insurance plan (tentatively called Medicare X) for Americans under the age of 65 that would pay doctors at the same prices that Medicare does and allow patients to utilize in-network Medicare providers, while providing benefits that Medicare currently does not cover, such as maternity care.
