New York Take Action: Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz has decreed that everyone who attends Buffalo Bills football games and Buffalo Sabres hockey matches, both employees and spectators, must get the Covid shot. He claims the New York Excelsior pass will be used to prove vaccination status, even though the Excelsior Pass cannot distinguish between people who have had vaccines or have tested negative. This is a poorly thought out plan, that can't worked as claimed, he has no authority to impose it, and it is a gross violation of the rights of everybody he would subject to it.
