    Oppose SB 25/HB 100

    Please contact your Representative and let them know you oppose SB 25 and HB 100, legislation which would allow CRNPs to practice independently in Pennsylvania without the requirement that they collaborate with a physician. CRNPs are making their voices heard in large numbers - make sure the physician voice is heard loud and clear.

    Urge your legislator to support vital legislation that would reform the state's burdensome and inefficient prior authorization process.

    Contact your Representative and urge them to support the Kaufer amendment (#A3599) and the Rothman amendment (#A3601) to HB 1862. These are critical amendments that health insurers are trying to kill. HB 1862 sets a benchmark rate in statute for out-of-network providers.
