March 03--The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture oversees restaurant inspections in the state. Inspection reports are "snapshots" of the day and time the inspections took place. In many cases, violations are corrected on site prior to the inspector leaving.

The following restaurants and other establishments in Dauphin County that handle food were inspected during the week of Feb. 5-11 and were recorded as of Feb. 22.

Accumulation of grease on the hood filters above the grill area; facility draining water from the three-compartment sink directly into the mop sink with a hose; hose from the three-compartment sink submerged in water in the mop sink without any back flow prevention; accumulation of dirt, grease and debris on the floor under the front serving area, under the grill area and around equipment in the kitchen area; heavy accumulation of dirt inside the mop sink.
