Sunscreen Use in Schools - A majority of states do not have any education policies that allow or forbid the possession or use of sunscreen in schools by students. The policies are left up to the local school districts and schools, leading to a patchwork of confusion. The ASDSA supported a resolution passed at the AMA House of Delegates in July 2013 that supported allowing students to carry and use sunscreen at school.
